The Elipsa 25 thermostatic mixing valve (cat. no. 195120) has been designed specifically for mixing hot and cold water to supply emergency kits consisting of safety showers and eye and face washers.
The valve delivers tepid water. In combination with our Emergency Showers and Eyewashes, it allows to fulfil with the recommendations about water temperature of the International Standards ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 and EN 15154.
PERFORMANCE
The valve mixes cold and hot water to deliver tepid water. Adjustable temperature. Maximum flow of 122 lpm at Δ2 bar.
On failure of hot water supply, internal bypass delivers cold water to the Emergency Equipment. Minimum flow of 105 lpm at Δ2 bar.
On failure of cold water supply, hot water is shut down to prevent any damage to the user.
The thermostatic mixing valve (GIA-Premix cat. no. 755 9750) has been designed specifically for mixing hot and cold water supplying eye washers and eye and face washers.
